Developing recipes ​that fit with a brand and its tone of voice inspires and informs the work I love doing.


I've developed recipes for vegetarian cookbooks including Anna Jones's award-winning book The Modern Cooks Year, for the Halen Mon website and marketing collateral, and worked from the ground-up developing a veg masterclass for Riverford which is now used all over the UK.


At Riverford I worked closely with directors and managers to consolidate the customer-facing recipe offering  at events and ensure all their food is on-brand and on-trend.

I have also worked closely with brands and NPD technologists to develop new food & drink products for the market based on emerging trends, consumer feedback and flavour pairings.  

It may be a cliche, but we really do eat with our eyes. I make dishes look so good on the page or screen that you can nearly taste them.
